This building services consultancy has been operating in the South West for over 30 years. They are expanding their Mechanical division and seek an experienced engineer eager to progress. The role involves contributing to business growth through project acquisition and mentoring, with potential to eventually lead the business.

Their work spans mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM, and public health sectors, with projects in education, healthcare, residential, and retail, often exceeding £100 million in value.

The team is friendly and sociable, seeking someone proficient in Revit and capable of leading projects, mentoring juniors, and possibly managing teams. They are open to candidates at Associate level or higher with entrepreneurial ambitions.

• Experience in Building Services Design at Senior Engineer level or above
• Knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to work well in a close-knit team
• Aspirations to run your own business and manage the Mechanical division
• Desire to grow the company through client acquisition
• Hardworking, flexible, versatile, and ambitious
