Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Smart Buildings Technical Service Manager based in London, offering a hybrid work environment. You will lead multi-technology projects from design to commissioning and ongoing support. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Smart Building integration and systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage resources and budgets effectively. This role is essential for ensuring quality and compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Smart Building integration or as a Master Systems Integrator.
- Strong expertise in BMS / EMS systems, commissioning, and optimisation.
- Familiarity with SmartScore, WiredScore, WELL, NABERS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead Smart Building projects from design to maintenance.
- Act as technical lead for bids, proposals, and tender responses.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and resource planning.
