Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BMS / EMS systems, commissioning, and optimisation.
• Familiarity with SmartScore, WiredScore, WELL, NABERS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Smart Building projects from design to maintenance.
• Act as technical lead for bids, proposals, and tender responses.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and resource planning.
