Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to carry out surveys for social housing. Responsibilities include conducting repair and damp surveys, providing technical advice, and maintaining strong relations with tenants and contractors. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in housing maintenance and knowledge of building surveying legislation. The position offers flexible working and competitive pay between £27 - £32 per hour.
