After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors who started their careers here. Nearly all our full-time employees began as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions and develop skills in business development, relationship management, cost control, and understanding P&L statements. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer service and develop sales, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. These will enable you to build lasting relationships with customers and vendors, and to mentor and manage staff, with opportunities for promotion and pay increases.
