A leading healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent seeks an Appointment Scheduler to join the Imaging Directorate. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an appointment scheduler to join the Imaging Directorate, providing a comprehensive, efficient and effective service for the Appointment Scheduling Team. The post will include scheduling appointments ensuring that local and national waiting time targets are achieved and dealing with any enquiries over the phone or face to face in a courteous and professional manner.
