Job summary
A leading educational organization in Tilehurst is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 class starting ASAP. This full-time position offers a daily rate of £89-95 and includes an opportunity for teacher training starting September 2026. The ideal candidate should possess a degree, ideally with a 2:1 or above, and have experience working with children, making it a great chance to gain invaluable experience in a high-performing primary school.
Qualifications

- Experience with SEN children is desirable but not essential.

One of the top primary schools in Tilehurst are searching for a graduate teaching assistant to join them ASAP. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in an inclusive and high performing primary school to develop your classroom experience before completing your teacher training. This is a 1 year contract working on a full-time basis. The Head Teacher is looking for a pro‑active and personable graduate teaching assistant with an excellent academic background. The teaching assistant will be supporting a Year 1 class. Experience with SEN children is desirable but not essential.
