The Team

You’ll be joining our Finance team – a dynamic, fast-paced part of the business that plays a critical role in keeping Europe’s favourite airline moving. We’re focused on delivering insight, accuracy, and innovation, and you’ll be part of a team that supports decision‑making across the business.

The Role

As a Finance Graduate, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of finance functions while studying for a professional qualification. Over three years, you’ll rotate through different roles to build a broad skillset and understanding of how finance operates in a FTSE‑100 company.

Requirements of the Role
  • Managing monthly accruals and forecast figures
  • Preparing month‑end journals and posting to ledgers
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Reviewing and improving financial models in Excel
  • Providing accurate analysis and insights to stakeholdersBuilding strong relationships across teams and functions
What we’re looking for
  • Ambitious, proactive, and curious mindset
  • Ability to communicate with both finance and non‑finance colleagues
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to summarise data clearly
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Commitment to building a career in Finance

Practicalities

This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
