Qualifications

What Were Looking For :

  • We’re seeking graduates (or soon-to-graduate) with a BEng / MEng in Electrical Electronic Mechatronic or Power Engineering (or a closely related discipline) who are eager to put theory into practice.
  • Enjoy solving tough technical problems.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail.
  • Are curious about how digital design control systems and automation shape the future of energy.
  • Have exposure (or interest) in CAD BIM AVEVA or similar tools.
  • Communicate clearly and work well in teams.
  • Are motivated to keep learning and grow toward Chartered Engineer status.
  • Then you might be just who we need.

Bonus points if you already have experience or coursework relevant to nuclear power systems or industrial control environments.

Eligibility Requirements
  • To join our Graduate Scheme you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.
  • As part of the programme you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK and we will provide relocation support where needed.
