We are recruiting for a Risk, Compliance and Assurance - Technology Graduate to join our team in Oldham on a 2-year graduate programme.
As a Risk, Compliance and Assurance Technology graduate, you will join the wider Guinness graduate scheme cohort, which includes roles across a variety of departments. Over a two-year programme, you will support technology improvements in reporting and analysis across the Risk, Compliance and Assurance team.
You will support the continued development of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to deliver innovative reporting and assurance tools across Guinness. Your role will involve helping to maintain existing solutions by troubleshooting issues, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and adopting best practice. You will document solution specifications, create user guides, and support colleagues in adopting new technologies. Alongside this, you will seek to learn and understand the elements of an effective risk management framework, including controls and assurance, while developing the intellectual curiosity to spot opportunities for improvement and system development.
You will be supported by our Senior Risk and Assurance Manager and have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organisation. Your work will be used to provide insight to operational teams and give assurance to the Board and Executive Team over Guinness's risk management activity.

You will have the opportunity to consult with end users to understand business requirements and convert these into technical solutions that enhance risk management, analysis, and visualisation.
