Job summary
A logistics firm is seeking a dedicated Class 2 ADR driver in Guildford. The position offers a competitive salary of £18.85 per hour with guaranteed hours, paid overtime, and a London weighting bonus. Responsibilities include delivering gas cylinders, ensuring safety and professionalism, and providing exceptional customer service. Applicants must hold a valid Cat C licence, ADR licence in class 2, and have experience with multi-drop deliveries. Are you a Class 2 ADR driver seeking a new opportunity? Join our client's team at Guildford and enjoy:
- Competitive Pay: £18.85 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week. Overtime rates of £28.27. Weekends paid at £28.27. Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.
- London weighting bonus of £7.75 per shift.
Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in busy times. Working hours approx. 7am - 5pm, with some overtime required.

- Multi-drop deliveries of gas cylinders.
- Manual handling of gas cylinders.
- Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card.
- ADR licence in class 2 for packages.
- Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with multi-drop deliveries.
- Successful candidates require a DBS check.
- The role is due to start immediately and will run until May 2026 when it will be reviewed.
- For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
