A leading engineering firm in Bath is looking for an Asset Management Lead to coordinate and oversee maintenance activities on site. The role involves ensuring compliance with RCC-M F6000 and maintaining auditable records. Candidates should have prior experience in quality or asset preservation within regulated environments and an engineering qualification. This is a permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week, primarily on-site from Monday to Friday.

Bilfinger UK are looking for a Asset Managment Lead to join us on site at HPC on a permanent basis
Previous experience in care & maintenance, quality, or asset preservation in a regulated environment (nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace, or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience managing preservation and cleanliness controls in alignment with RCC-M or similar high-integrity standards.
Strong background in coordinating cross-functional activities involving QA/QC, construction, and stores.
Experience in the preparation and management of C&M Plans, Schedules, and associated inspection records.
Familiarity with LTQR compilation and nuclear lifetime records expectations
Engineering or Technical qualification in Mechanical, Welding, Quality, or related discipline (HNC or above preferred).
CCNSG Safety Passport (mandatory).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience using document management or quality systems (Teamcenter, Proarc, SharePoint, or equivalent).
Knowledge of HPC Quality Arrangements, RCC-M F6000 cleanliness requirements, and NNB Care & Maintenance obligations.
