Rate of pay: 12.21 per hour (plus service charge)
Shift pattern and hours: primarily evenings and weekends (Thursday to Sunday)
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to an exceptional standard
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Keeping the bar area clean, organised and fully stocked
- Fulfilling general floor / waiting staff duties as required
What we’re looking for:
- At least 6 months bar experience in a busy bar restaurant or similar venue
- Fully flexible to work evening and weekends
- Strong cocktail knowledge
- Friendly professional and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Supporting the rest of the team during events busy shifts and closing duties
