Job description

Tetto is a bright modern design‑led rooftop restaurant bar and garden showcasing fresh local seafood with an Italian accent alongside homemade sourdough pizza and imaginative aperitivo inspired cocktails.

Fancy getting in on the action Good! We are on the lookout for bartenders (part time) to join the team! The successful candidate will be engaging efficient and personable with a thirst for all things hospitality!

Rate of pay: 12.21 per hour (plus service charge)

Shift pattern and hours: primarily evenings and weekends (Thursday to Sunday)

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to an exceptional standard
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Keeping the bar area clean, organised and fully stocked
• Fulfilling general floor / waiting staff duties as required

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months bar experience in a busy bar restaurant or similar venue
• Fully flexible to work evening and weekends
• Strong cocktail knowledge
• Friendly professional and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Supporting the rest of the team during events busy shifts and closing duties
