A healthcare provider in London is seeking a Social Worker to join their dynamic CAMHS team. The successful candidate will provide mental health assessments and a variety of clinical interventions to children and young people facing mental health challenges. Responsibilities include promoting mental well-being, training colleagues and multi-agency professionals, and making autonomous clinical decisions. Are you a Social Worker with significant experience of working with children and young people with mental health difficulties, and interested in working in CAMHS?
The post holder will work as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team holding a caseload, providing mental health assessments and a range of evidence-based clinical interventions to children, adolescents and their families. They will offer training and advice to professionals working across multi-agencies. They will provide input to the CAMH Social Work structure and Quality Improvement initiatives in Hounslow CAMHS.
The successful candidate will join our friendly Tier 3 Adolescent Team within Hounslow Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service.
We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled and innovative clinicians with a broad range of specialist and generic experience, who will be able to maintain clinical curiosity and engage in reflective practice as well as be able to be an advocate for children, young people and families' needs.
