A regional health care provider is hiring a Community Nurse in Wisbech to provide patient-centered nursing care in their homes. Candidates should have RGN qualifications and community experience, plus the ability to work flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include delivering high standards of care, teaching others, and traveling independently to meet service needs.
