Job summary

A leading digital healthcare provider is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to oversee the onboarding process and maintain patient records in East London. The role requires NVQ level 3 qualification and GPhC registration. Responsibilities include consulting on medicines, liaising with GP practices, and supporting clinical governance. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. The position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 and various benefits, including annual leave and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Maintain GPhC registration and revalidation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding and registration process for new patients.
  • Conduct medicines reconciliation consultations.
  • Liaise with GP practices to gather patient information.
  • Monitor vulnerable patients and repeat prescription processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Support the Clinical Lead and Practice Manager in governance.
