Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking Production Operatives in Haverhill, England. The role involves ensuring the highest standards in food production and adhering to health and safety measures. Ideal candidates have experience in food manufacturing, are comfortable working in chilled environments, and can handle raw ingredients. A flexible working pattern is offered along with a competitive hourly rate of £12.25.

- Previous relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment.

- Happy working with raw ingredients including meat.
Responsibilities
- Work in a safe way following appropriate safety procedures.
- Conduct quality checks to meet product specifications.
- Unpack, pack, load, and unload goods.
- Maintain general facility hygiene.
- Participate in daily review meetings.

Our established client based in Haverhill is currently looking for Production Operatives who are passionate about delivering the highest standards of food production, ensuring all health and food safety measures are followed. You will be a crucial part of the company's growth.

- Monday to Thursday: 06:00am to 18:00pm
- Friday: 06:00am to 15:00pm
£12.25 per hour.
- Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times
- Conduct quality checks ensuring that we meet product specifications
- Unpack, packing, loading and unloading (boxes, finished goods, raw materials)
- Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc
- Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators
- Occasional attendance and contribution at the daily review meeting and regular attendance/contribution at online performance reviews
- Flexible working patterns
- General facility hygiene - floors, walls and conveyors etc. and working in a manner that epitomises 'clean as you go'
