Our award-winning kitchen team have an exciting new opportunity for a Demi Chef De Partie to join our Pastry team on a permanent full-time basis. You will create exquisite plated desserts varying from 3 rosettes to intricate afternoon tea pastries using locally sourced Scottish produce.
In this role you will assist Head Pastry Chef in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. Additionally, you will ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the Old Course Hotel standards.
