About the Role – Ensure Excellent Customer Service for Animal Feeding Products

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Liaise with internal teams including planning, production, and finance to resolve queries and prioritize orders

  • Track order progress and update customers as required

  • Support the customer service team in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow

  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Manager and peers to ensure team objectives are met

Qualifications and Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within animal feeding or related industries

  • Relevant educational background or equivalent experience

  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred

  • Soft Skills: Proactive, curious, and independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a quick learner who can prioritize effectively and thrives in a friendly, approachable, and team-oriented environment

Other Requirements
  • Availability for very occasional travel within Ireland and the UK

  • Work Model: On-site position, part-time (14 hours per week)
