A well-established Fresh Produce supplier seeking a proactive and detail-driven Line Leader to join their fast-paced packhouse. You'll be part of a supportive team that's passionate about quality, efficiency, and food safety.

The role

You'll be responsible for setting up and running production lines to ensure the right product is packed to the highest quality, food safety, and customer standards. You'll lead a small team of operatives on the line, monitor KPIs, complete paperwork, manage hygiene tasks, and respond to any issues that impact efficiency.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a busy production setting and leads by example.

About you

• Experience in FMCG, ideally in fresh produce or food manufacturing

• Food Safety Level 2 & Health & Safety Level 2 (essential)

• Line Leader or Machine Operator experience (preferred)

• Strong communicator who motivates others and gets the best from a team

• Good attention to detail and confidence completing production paperwork

• Able to commute reliably without public transport
