Job summary
A leading logistics provider is looking for a Class 2 Driver in Barking. This full-time role involves delivering food products to various locations with a focus on customer service. You will work alongside a drivers mate, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, ensuring no weekend work. The competitive pay rate is £20 per hour (Umbrella). Ideal candidates will have a valid Class 2 licence and relevant delivery experience.

Role: Food Delivery with Drivers Mate
We are seeking an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our team in Barking. This is a full-time position offering consistent weekday work. You will be responsible for delivering food products to various locations, working alongside a drivers mate to assist with loading and unloading.
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle in compliance with UK road laws and company policies.
- Complete multi-drop deliveries of food products to customers and businesses.
- Work collaboratively with a drivers mate to ensure efficient loading/unloading.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries preferred.
- Ability to start early and work 8–10 hour shifts.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Competitive pay rate of £20 per hour (Umbrella).
- Monday to Friday schedule – no weekend work.
- Drivers mate provided for support.
