We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team near Bank Station. This role involves overseeing daily catering operations, managing a team, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering excellent customer service.,

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day catering service
  • Lead and motivate catering staff
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
  • Maintain stock and order supplies as needed
  • Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Primarily Monday to Friday shifts, but there will be a requirement to work approximately 3 weekends per year.
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly within the 6 AM - 8 PM window
  • Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 or above preferred)
