Job summary
A renowned pub company in the UK is looking for a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure quality food presentation. You'll manage the kitchen team and assist the Head Chef. As Sous Chef you’ll:Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.

- Accountable for running the line during service
- Oversee, organise, and encouragethe kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
- Be passionateabout maintaining the highest standards of food and service
