Job description

The role is 5 days over a 7‑day week will be requested. Occasional evening work may be needed if players stay at their on‑site hotel. As Service Assistant you will work closely with the Hospitality Supervisor/Manager at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre, supporting the operations team, talented chefs and target‑driven sales people to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks. Service Assistant will build strong relationships with clients, understand the brief and execute every detail with continuous quality and a human touch.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guests and clearing throughout the event.
• Ensuring that furniture, dining tables and chairs are clean and presentation is at the forefront of everything you do.
• Preparing all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guests in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner.
• Working without supervision and taking initiative over duties and tasks without being directed.
• Serving guests with the highest level of customer service, maximum speed, efficiency and always with a smile.
• Using coffee machines.
• Assisting with ordering and deliveries as required.
• Preparing all hospitality requirements and ensuring all items are available; reporting shortages to the line manager.
• Ensuring hospitality rooms are left clean and tidy.
