Join CPM as a Regional Sales Manager and make your mark on a new team of Territory Development Executives representing Lucozade Ribena Suntory!
As a Regional Sales Manager at CPM, you'll inspire, develop, and lead a new team of up to 12 Territory Development Executives who call on independent retailers, convenience stores, small‑format grocery outlets, and foodservice customers. Together, you'll represent the iconic Lucozade Ribena Suntory portfolio driving sales, visibility, and brand passion across your region.
In this role, you'll set the vision, strategy, and energy for your team ensuring they're trained, motivated, and equipped to perform at their best every day. You'll take ownership of regional sales performance, delivering against ambitious targets across multiple channels and empowering your team to seize every selling opportunity.
Your commercial insight and leadership will play a key role in managing budgets, controlling costs, and providing valuable business intelligence to support senior management. Above all, you'll be the driving force behind a culture of excellence ensuring we not only meet but exceed expectations for our client and retail partners.
