Counterbalance FLT Warehouse Operative — Temp to Perm
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a FLT & Warehouse Operative in Peterlee. You will operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck and perform essential warehouse duties, including loading and unloading deliveries. Ideal candidates will possess a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and previous experience in a similar role. The position requires physical fitness, reliability, and teamwork. This is a temp to perm job with a pay rate of £12.21 per hour, working Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence with refresher completed within the last 3 years.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or FLT role.
- Physically fit and able to manage warehouse tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries.
- Complete general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and stock movement.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
