A dedicated home care provider in Doncaster seeks a Domiciliary HomeCare Coordinator to ensure high-quality, personalised care services. Responsibilities include planning person-centred services, managing compliance with legislation, and building relationships with service users. Rate of pay: £13.56 per hour
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Shift pattern 06:45 - 15:15 or 09:00 - 17:30, with 1 in 3 weekend availability.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for delivering inclusive care, and the ability to build positive relationships.
Preferred experience and qualifications include:
Applicants must have access to their own transport to attend community-based work and will receive a fuel allowance. Flexibility is required, as this role involves working some weekends on a rota basis.
