• Collaborate with cross-functional client, partner, and DS teams throughout the engagement lifecycle to focus on delivering tangible client business value via our Value Engagement framework.
• Develop and implement business value perspectives tailored to specific industries and clients.
• Create Client Value Models that align business needs with enablers.
• Support RFQ and RFP processes, including handling commercial aspects.
• Deliver consulting engagements based on our value engagement framework.
• Organize and facilitate process development workshops, analyze processes, and develop suitable to-be processes with supporting KVIs / KPIs / OKRs as needed.

• Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data related to customer business challenges and identify root causes.
• Capability to develop compelling business change cases and capability roadmaps supported by evidence-based arguments.
• Proficiency in formulating recommendations and solutions, including proposed business processes with supporting value evidence (KVIs / KPIs / OKRs and business case).
• Ability to align recommendations with the capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, with support from Technical Pre-sales and Solution Architects.
• Assess overall business architecture regarding feasibility, value, and risks.
• Formulate business change, migration, and deployment strategies.
• Experience working in complex, multi-partner client environments.
