A luxury jewelry brand is seeking an experienced Area Director to oversee retail and distribution operations in London. Responsibilities include optimizing sales, enhancing client experience, and leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of retail management experience in luxury goods and a strong financial acumen. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Director to oversee the London Region, inclusive of retail and distribution operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Retail, this leader will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing operations, cultivating community relationships, and ensuring excellence in client experience across FoundRae’s London stores.
The Area Director will serve as a key ambassador of the FoundRae brand and values—leading with integrity, inspiring teams, and executing both strategic and people-focused leadership to grow the London business. This includes oversight of regional distribution operations to ensure seamless receiving, fulfillment, and delivery aligned with FoundRae’s high standards of craftsmanship and service.
