We are seeking a motivated Consultant / Business Analyst to support our Post-Trade Efficiency and T+1 Settlement programmes. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade processes. You will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements, support process documentation, assist testing, and coordinate project governance activities.

• Support requirements gathering and documentation for T+1 change initiatives
• Assist in mapping trade allocation, matching, and settlement workflows
• Coordinate testing and issue tracking, ensuring readiness for shortened settlement cycles
• Prepare project governance packs, minutes, and status reports
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and business teams to monitor progress
• Maintain and update RAID logs, plans, and key project artefacts

• Good understanding of securities trade lifecycle (allocations, confirmations, settlements)
• Awareness of post-trade infrastructure (custodians, CCPs, CSDs)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with an eye for process detail
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project-management tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in large financial institutions on T+1 or CSDR programmes
• Hands-on experience of middle office processes within Securities settlement or Clearing

This is a hybrid position based in London, England. It is a 6-12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role. If your profile is shortlisted, a member of our team will contact you within four weeks. A valid UK work permit is mandatory for this role.
