About the Role
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee all aspects of transactional finance, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. This is a key leadership role in a large, high-volume team where you'll be responsible for ensuring process efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large transactional finance team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
- Oversee day-to-day operations across AP, AR, and cashflow
- Implement robust controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global finance teams to drive efficiency and standardisation
- Analyse performance metrics and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Lead on systems and process improvements, including automation and transformation projects
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Proven experience managing large transactional finance teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
