A North West-based Housing Association is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a fixed-term contract. The position offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements with a salary up to £65K or a daily rate of £250-£350.

Skills
A North West-based Housing Association is recruiting a Finance Manager on a fixed-term contract (up to £65K) or daily rate basis (£250-£350). Offering hybrid and flexible working, this role will support business operations while a permanent appointment is made.
Managing a small team, the Finance Manager\'s key focus is on delivering timely and accurate monthly management information to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:- Ensure the Management Accounts are delivered accurately and on time
- Oversee the production of accurate and timely MI to stakeholders
- Business Partner non-financial managers to enable better budgetary control, and the KPIs understanding
- Lead and oversee the delivery of effective Business Partnering within the team to support various areas of the business
- Budget setting, monitoring, and reporting
- Ensuring adequate financial controls are in place and continually reviewed and improved
- You will be an experienced accountant, ideally with current or previous Social Housing experience or a similar regulated industry
- You will be a strong team manager, an experienced leader
- You will have experience in budget setting and monitoring, and have a business partner approach to stakeholders
- Strong excel skills and a working knowledge of integrated accounting systems
The role requires a start as soon as possible so it will only be available to those on short notice or immediately available
