We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our senior leadership team in the UK. The CFO will drive the financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role demands a hands-on leader with a passion for the fashion industry, sharp financial expertise, and the ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement a financial strategy to support the brand’s growth and market expansion.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Provide actionable insights to the CEO and leadership team on investments, cost management, and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance with UK regulations.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish robust financial controls and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive commercial initiatives, including pricing, product profitability, and market entry strategies.
• Analyse consumer trends and market dynamics to inform business decisions in the fashion sector.
• Support capital-raising efforts, including investor relations and securing funding for growth.

• Optimise supply chain and inventory management to improve working capital and cost efficiencies.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to align financial objectives with creative and operational goals.
• Lead initiatives to enhance financial systems and processes through digital transformation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Support the development of finance staff to meet the brand’s evolving needs.

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of the retail landscape, with experience in e-commerce and omnichannel strategies.
• Demonstrated success in financial strategy, fundraising, and profitability in a growth-oriented business.
• Experience with international markets and multi-currency operations is advantageous.
• Understanding of sustainability practices in the fashion industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese is preferred.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptable and hands-on, thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Proficient in financial modelling, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
