Overview

Finance Director • SF Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive retained basis to support a Worcestershire manufacturing business in the recruitment of an FD.

The role will report to the MD and manage a small finance admin team of 5.

Responsibilities

• Completion of draft year end accounts and audit file for statutory audit
• Year end group reporting pack
• Completion of monthly management accounts
• Monthly group reporting
• Weekly and monthly sales and margin reports
• Budget preparation
• Forecasting
• VAT returns
• HR duties to include the preparation of payroll information for external bureau, day to day HR issues using external HR consultant and company secretarial duties
• Overseeing a team of 7

Experience & Qualifications

Experience within a manufacturing setting and/or import/export experience is highly desirable for this role. Qualified and Qualified by experience candidates will be considered.

Location, Hours & Benefits

This role is ideally based in the office with potential for Friday from home. 37.5 hour week. £80,000-£85,000 + benefits.
