- Ensure accountability for Fin Ops processes affecting business relationships.
- Address vendor and customer issues requiring business decisions.
- Lead business and operations reviews to identify expansion opportunities, changes in business trajectory, risks, and working capital management.
- Develop project roadmaps and collaborate with multiple teams to implement long-term solutions that enhance productivity.
- Design scalable processes and procedures, leveraging AI where appropriate, to accommodate business growth in volume, complexity, and geography.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and capitalize on process, technical, and human interface opportunities, measuring success and impact.
- Contribute to the annual Operating Plan, including global headcount forecasting and detailed budget analysis.

- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to see both details and the big picture.
- Experience in commercial finance, retail finance, operations, logistics, or vendor/supplier finance.
- Proven ability to work effectively in international, diverse, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and empower teams amid rapid change.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in transformation initiatives.
