The position is offering a salary paying up to £50,000!
- Work closely with farm managers to improve financial understanding and performance
- Prepare annual management accounts, budgets, and cashflow forecasts for multiple businesses
- Review VAT returns, monthly/quarterly reporting, and external accounts
- Support the Senior Accountants, Finance Director, and wider management team
- Liaise with auditors, clients, and accounts assistants to resolve queries
- Provide financial insight and additional reporting for consultancy clients
- Process monthly payroll for selected businesses
- Recently qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (first-time movers from practice encouraged)
- Strong grounding in accounts preparation, reporting, and analysis
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Interest in the agricultural sector and willingness to work closely with operational teams
