Responsibilities
- Providing financial challenge, support and insights to In-store marketing teams
- Supporting a significant efficiency agenda, with short, medium and long term savings initiatives for all areas of print and FLO
- Owning the purchase ordering and invoicing processes to ensure they are timely and efficient
- Monthly governance reviews with MB, DD, CP, Procurement & Suppliers to review performance
- Performance deep dives, ad hoc insight and forward looking analysis
- Creation of monthly reporting packs and KPI's to ensure costs are controlled and benefits realised (tracking savings)
- End to end ownership of the finance process including month end postings, accruals and reconciliation
- Engagement with In-store teams to ensure better communication and ownership of the Budget/1F/3YP
- Responsible for cross functional and cross team engagement to achieve optimum operating efficiencies
