We're hiring a Statutory Accountant to support our UK entities—Stonehouse, Warwick, and Gillingham—and provide UK GAAP statutory reporting expertise within a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation.

• Consolidate statutory accounts for three UK business units
• Manage US GAAP to FRS102 conversions and purchase price adjustments
• Prepare statutory financials, disclosures, and extended trial balances (ETB)
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Produce going concern memos and statutory reporting documentation
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal control standards
• Coordinate with internal tax teams on local tax disclosures
• Provide cross-site support and maintain financial reporting consistency across locations

Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, BA or QBE
Strong understanding of GAAP differences (US GAAP, UK GAAP, FRS102)
Advanced Excel and offline consolidation skills
Experience managing multi-site financials or large accounts (+£200M)
Analytical thinker with excellent communication and reporting skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage tight deadlines and complex data
