Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, the role will focus on managing costs across the business within agreed budgets.

Your Responsibilities

• Working with Finance Business Partners and budget holders to create and update budgets and forecasts.
• Reviewing monthly costs with budget holders and providing support from a financial perspective.
• Participate in month-end close, creating accruals and prepayments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Create and prepare reports to assist budget holders in managing their budgets.
• Liaising with other members of the finance team to ensure correct reporting.
• Sales commission calculations.
• Cost base review and reconciliation.
• The role will also include general finance tasks such as balance sheet reconciliations, ad hoc analysis, and providing support to other team members as necessary.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 12 months work experience, preferably gained within a finance function.
• Numerate with a strong attention to detail.
• Organized and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Confident, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
