My client requires a Pipefitter with confined space experience. Starting on Monday, this is a short-term contract. They are currently looking for skilled Pipefitters with confined space certification.

As a Pipefitter, you'll be responsible for replacing pipe systems within a large food manufacturing facility, focusing on equipment like bulk conveying systems, milling, and packaging machines, while adhering to safety guidelines.

This company specializes in high-quality mechanical installations across a range of commercial and industrial projects and is looking for a reliable and experienced professional to support their growing workload.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Fabricate, install, and weld pipework
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise pipework installations
• Cut, prepare, and fit pipes to meet project requirements
• Work as part of a team to complete on-site mechanical installations
• Ensure all welding and pipefitting work meets industry regulations and quality standards
• Conduct quality checks and rectify any welding defects

• Experience as a Pipefitter
• Confined space certification
• Expertise in welding; coded welding advantageous
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• You could work in a factory environment, potentially in confined spaces
• You may need to wear safety clothing and use safety equipment
• The role requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience as a Pipefitter
• Experience working in confined spaces
• Able to commute to Cantley NR13 area
