- Provide policy and procedure guidance, coaching managers to reduce risk
- Lead ER case management, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries
- Support restructures and TUPE processes with Centres of Excellence
- Liaise with unions in collaboration with ER specialists where required
- Implement and embed people solutions and P&C initiatives
- Guide managers through hearings and complex employee relations matters
- Ensure adherence to best practice and consistent application of policies
- Proven management experience with strong people leadership skills
- Expert in employee relations as a core strength
- Skilled in change management and supporting organisational transitions
- Strong character with resilience and confidence
- Balances hard work with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Flexible on sector or industry background
- Able to engage, influence, and manage teams effectively
