ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Cultural Events Director for a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic development, management, and execution of all cultural events at our exclusive club. In this position you will play a key role in planning and implementing event strategies, ensuring member engagement and enhancing the overall member experience.

You will collaborate with the executive team to ensure that all events align with the club’svision and values while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the events department. Your leadership will shape the future of our events and uphold the club's prestigious reputation.

As the Cultural Events Director you will drive innovation and creativity, curating unique, high-end experiences that reflect the club's luxury standing. With a focus on budget management, event logistics and vendor relations, you will guide a team dedicated to providing memorable, flawless experiences for our elite clientele. Your expertise in high-level event production, attention to detail, and strategic thinking will ensure our club remains a premier destination for social events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Lead and execute high-profile cultural events, ensuring alignment with cultural and artistic objectives.

●Manage and inspire diverse teams, including event coordinators, production staff, and volunteers, to achieve excellence.

●Curate and design events that reflect cultural diversity and artistic expression, keeping up with cultural and artistic trends.

●Leverage an extensive network of industry contacts, including artists, performers, cultural institutions, and sponsors.

●Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including timelines, transportation, venue setup, and compliance with legal and safety regulations.

●Manage large budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining cultural and artistic integrity.

●Develop and implement creative event concepts that engage and inspire audiences.

●Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing specific needs and fostering strong relationships with artists, community leaders, and sponsors.

●Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback from participants and audiences, assess impact, and prepare detailed reports on success and challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

●Minimum of 5 years in cultural event management or a related field, with significant experience in leading high-profile cultural events.

●Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.

●Deep understanding of cultural and artistic trends, with experience managing events that reflect cultural diversity and artistic expression.

●Extensive network of industry contacts, including artists, performers, cultural institutions, and sponsors.

●Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

●Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

●Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.

●Experience in managing large budgets and negotiating contracts while ensuring cost-effective execution.
