A fantastic opportunity for an organised and people–focused professional to take on a key role managing a residential portfolio in Edgware. This position blends resident engagement with operational oversight, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well–run living environment.
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for residents, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage void properties to minimise rental loss, overseeing viewings, lettings, renewals, and tenancy matters.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors to deliver high–quality estate services, repairs, and compliance works.
- Carry out regular property inspections, ensuring communal areas are safe, clean, and well–maintained.
- Oversee onsite staff, including rotas, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain full health & safety compliance across gas, electrical, fire safety and legionella requirements.
- Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and ensure expenditure is well controlled.
- Proven experience in property management, PRS, or a customer–focused hospitality role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on customer care.
- IT savvy, confident using multiple systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- IRPM, ARLA or similar qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of Qube, HubSpot, or Fixflo (desirable).
