Job description

Managing Agent requires a Senior Technical Services/ Senior Engineering Manager on a new build in London to look after theday to day delivery and project delivery of M&E and Building and Fabric services to a flagship site in excess of 700,000sq ft in the heartof London, which is mix use comprising of Commercial Office space, you will have a Engineering Manager reporting to you.

You will be responsible for the Building Services, Fabric and Health & Safety within, duties include:

Responsibilities
  • Manage and review operational procedures and processes
  • Review and manage performance of service partners
  • Overseeing the service partners delivery of mobilisation and day to day delivery
  • Overseeing design, planning and execution of fit out works
  • Ensuring overall site compliance with legislation and statutory compliance
  • Delivering SMART buildings and NABERS

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team in upholding strict financial operating disciplines, service charge expenditure and ensuring all operating procedures are maintained in line with legislation and corporate procedures.
