• 5 years post-qualification experience in property management.
• Experience in negotiating rental transactions with landlords.
• Ability to manage external advisors and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial terms with landlords for property management.
• Manage performance of external advisors while keeping budgets.
• Advise on lease obligations and manage the sublet portfolio.
• Prepare and present approval papers for property transactions.
• Assist with annual property budget preparation and progress monitoring.
• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews.
