Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a leading managing agent in their search for a Building Manager to oversee a premium office building in the City of London, comprising circa 120,000 sq. ft. of Grade A space. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven FM professional to take ownership of a high-quality asset and deliver an exceptional occupier experience.
As Building Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the operational success of the building, ensuring it remains a first-class workplace environment for its occupiers. You'll be the central point of contact for tenants, service partners, and stakeholders, driving high standards across all aspects of building management.
