Job summary
A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking an IT Quality Risk & Compliance Manager for a 6-month contract in London. The successful candidate will provide leadership in ensuring that IT services adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, managing vendor compliance, and implementing quality controls. Candidates need excellent regulatory understanding and proven experience in IT Quality functions within a regulated environment. The role offers £515 per day.
Qualifications

- Proven experience managing an IT Quality function in a regulated environment.
- Strong experience with third-party vendors ensuring quality standards adherence.

- Provide leadership to ensure application support complies with IT policies.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, quality, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Conduct Level 2 independent Quality, Risk & Compliance assurance activities.

Our client, a British multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology is currently searching for 3 Quality Risk & Compliance Managers to join their team! If you are interested in these positions, please do not hesitate to apply!
- Provide leadership and support to ensure application support and delivery (onshore, offshore, and outsourced partners) comply with IT policies and practices.
- Ensure solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed, and supported to meet governance, quality, compliance, security, and documentation standards.
- Implement and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Embed quality requirements through training and proactive consultancy.
- Deliver training on new and updated policies and standards.
- Ensure outsourced/offshored IT service providers meet quality expectations.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage IT risks impacting C&ES
- Embed corporate compliance, ethics, and global risk management principles within teams
- Implement in-process quality controls to reduce risk.
- Conduct Level 2 independent Quality, Risk & Compliance (QRC) assurance activities
- Report non-compliance to management and governance boards
- Perform IT audits to ensure compliance with standards for IT services and solution providers.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory issues in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience managing an IT Quality function in a regulated and validated environment.
- Strong experience working with third-party vendors, including offshore suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Thorough knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including tools, methods, procedures, equipment, and software used for delivery.
