We're looking for a HR Onboarding & Compliance Officer to join our HR Operations & Onboarding Team based in London. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring every new colleague joining HCA UK experiences a seamless, safe and supportive introduction into our organisation. Our work directly impacts patient care by ensuring every person who joins us is fully compliant, prepared, and set up for success from day one. As a HR Onboarding & Compliance Officer, you'll be central to delivering a world class onboarding experience. You'll manage pre employment checks, draft offer letters and contracts, coordinate corporate induction, provide guidance to stakeholders, and maintain the compliance records that support our wider workforce planning. This is a varied and fast paced role where you'll build strong relationships, support continuous improvement, and ensure our standards meet regulatory requirements across the organisation.
