Job summary
A leading construction contractor is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Senior Advisor for a major data centre project in Newport. This on-site role requires a strong track record in large-scale construction projects and a hands-on approach to health and safety. The ideal candidate will drive compliance and promote a positive safety culture. A day rate of £400 - £450 is offered, or a permanent salary of £80,000 with additional benefits.

Senior Health & Safety Senior Advisor – Newport. A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Health & Safety Senior Advisor for a major data centre project in Newport. This is a boots-on-the-ground role - you’ll be out on site, not behind a desk, so we’re looking for someone confident in driving standards and engaging with teams directly.
- Strong track record on large-scale construction projects
- Data centre experience beneficial (not essential)
- Hands-on approach to H&S with excellent site presence
- Supporting project teams with H&S strategy and compliance
- Maintaining and promoting best practice on site
- Driving a positive safety culture day-to-day
- Dayrate: £400 - £450 DOE
- Or permanent: £80,000 + car allowance + bonus + package
